Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It really depends on the destination country, but you can follow the following estimates:

Once shipped (We usually take 2-4 days to dispatch the items):

  • USA/Canada:  10 to 25 Business Days 
  • Rest of the World: 15 to 30 Business Days 

 (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

Contact us if your order does not arrive within 90 days.

 * Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Europe and Asia.

 Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions (we wish this does not happen).

Some countries does not have tracking shipping available, contact us for further information.

 How can I be featured on your gallery page?

Awesome! You may either e-mail us your photo directly, or tag us on social media.

Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party there is no CANCELLATION/REFUND.

Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically processed and prepared for shipping from our third party supplier. Therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order once it is processed.

We aim to keep our customers happy with delivery times but have no control during busy periods (including high sales volumes). Deliveries may take a little longer during those periods. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your avablackmask purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. if you would like to return your product, please review the information below: 

• We do not accept returns of skincare items due to health laws and regulations.

• If the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please read on below 

• Products returned must be ordered directly from us.

• We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.


• Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.

• All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
